Created by Greg Glassman in 2000, CrossFit combines a high-intensity exercise philosophy with competitive sport fitness. Combining high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and strongman, CrossFit is, currently, one of the best ways to train your body on all levels – from basic fundamental muscle movements to high-level sport required mechanics.

Our CrossFit classes take place in hour-long sessions (in groups of about twenty members) that typically include a warm-up, a skill development segment/ strength portion, the daily workout (or WOD), and a cool down session including stretches and recovery.
