CrossFit Kids/Teens is aimed specifically to teach CrossFit to children ages 3-18 based on the principle of mechanics first, consistency second and, ultimately, intensity. CrossFit emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Then, consistently good mechanics translate to increased physical capacity, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

CrossFit Kids/Teens is meant to be fun for all ages. Fun means we get kids up from the couch all while making the experience as fun as it is voluntary. Our CrossFit Kids/ Teens can’t wait to come to our facility every chance they get – this means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. The program is scalable for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation levels found in a class full of children.
