CrossFit Kids/Teens is aimed specifically to teach CrossFit to children ages 3-18 based on the principle of mechanics first, consistency second and, ultimately, intensity. CrossFit emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Then, consistently good mechanics translate to increased physical capacity, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

Our CrossFit Beginners course is a week long course designed to prepare clients for the faster paced CrossFit classes. Because our CrossFit classes commonly incorporate Olympic lifting, basic gymnastics movements, kettlebells, medicine balls, and more, we want to make sure you know how to use everything safely and correctly!

Olympic lifts teach an athlete how to apply large amounts of force. Our Olympic lifting classes teach our members how to effectively activate more of their muscle fibers more rapidly than others who aren’t trained to do so. This class is a combination of Olympic lifting, powerlifting and any technique driven movements and drills that are performed to better your Clean, Jerk and Snatch.
