Dominick has been doing CrossFit for a little over 8 years now. He loves helping others reach goals they never thought were possible. Seeing others achieve their dreams is probably one of the best feelings in the world. Every day he wakes up ready to live his passion; strategizing what he can do to improve your experience at Caution CrossFit.

Dominick is a father of two, a Coach, a friend and CrossFit Regional competitor. He comes from an athletic background which includes Tae-Kwon- Do and soccer. He played and practiced these two sports throughout his childhood and teen years, and even now as an adult he plays from time to time, adding some fun into his fitness routine. Two of his favorite CrossFit lifts are the power clean and squat.

His best advice for CrossFit competitors, athletes, and exercisers is to always have fun and enjoy every lift and workout.
